Infused Caramel Popcorn by Jeff the 420 Chef

In This Episode of The 420 Gourmet, JeffThe420Chef will be teaching you how to make Infused Caramel Corn!! There is nothing like fresh homemade caramel corn, especially when it is infused! This is both a totally delicious and unique experience!

To make this recipe you will need the following Items and ingredients:

 Kitchen Tools & Items:
-Large pot for popping the popcorn
-Pot for Caramel sauce
-Sheet Pan for Caramel Corn
-Spatula (Preferably rubber, wood will be ruined by the Caramel Corn)

 -Brown Sugar
-Baking Soda
-Dark Corn Syrup
-Vanilla Bean Paste
-Raisins (optional)
-Parchment Paper
-Non-Stick Cooking Spray

1. Pop Popcorn and set aside
2. Preheat oven to 250ºF
3. Melt butter. Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
4. Boil without stirring 4 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla.
6. Pour in a thin stream over popcorn, stirring to coat.
7. Place parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake in preheated oven, stirring every 15 minutes, for 1 hour.
8. Remove from oven and let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
